About The Services

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) provides necessary services to people facing danger, internally displaced people, and families affected by natural disasters and other emergencies in Gulran district, Herat province, to protect the people of this district.

All men, women, boys, and girls at risk in the Shindad district of Herat province can benefit from these emergency response services. The IRC first identifies vulnerable people by launching targeted surveys and then puts them under its protection and provides them with multi-purpose cash assistance if necessary.
