The International Rescue Committee supports girls' and boys' non-formal education in Nad Ali district of Helmand
The project conducts a rapid assessment to identify the most vulnerable villages in the communities for establishing Community Based Education Classes. After identification, the Community-Based Education students and teachers are supported with kits (lined notebooks, drawing notebooks, colour pencils, bags, slate board, water bottle, permanent markers, correction pen, scientific calculator, and cloth mask).
Furthermore, the project provides enough support and training to parents and community members to engage with children's access to learning.
